Christine E. Merrilees, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Psychology Department at the State University of New York, Geneseo. She uses longitudinal models to examine how and under what conditions group identities and intergroup processes predict the development of intergroup attitudes and bystander behaviors for youth in divided societies.
