Cristine H. Legare, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin. Her interdisciplinary research examines how our cognitive system enables us to learn, create, and transmit culture. She uses multiple methods to examine the cognitive foundations of social learning and causal reasoning across species, cultures, and development.
